The Sponsor of this promotion is Scotsman Ice Systems, 101 Corporate Woods Parkway, Vernon Hills, IL 60061, USA (“Sponsor” or “Scotsman").
TERM
The “Win the Ultimate Home Luxury” begins Tuesday January 10, 2017 and ends Wednesday February 15, 2017. The Promotion will consist of one (1) random drawing (“Drawing”) for one (1) total prize (“Prize”). Information on how to enter and Prizes form part of these official rules (“Official Rules”). By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the Official Rules and states that his or her entry complies with all requirements explained in the Official Rules.
WHO MAY ENTER
Promotion is open to all persons who meet the following qualifications: 1) at the time of Entry are 18 years of age or older; 2) are not Employees of ice system companies, Scotsman Ice Systems, its subsidiaries and affiliates, Noble Communications, Inc., and/or an immediate family member of the aforementioned entities. PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
HOW TO ENTER
Visit http://scotsman-ice.com/contest/UltimateHomeLuxury and complete the online form with all required information. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER DRAWING(S). PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.
PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER DRAWING(S). PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the number of Entries received. All Entrants who complete the respective entry requirements will be entered to win. One (1) Scotsman Brilliance Ice Machine will be awarded. Winners will be contacted at their submitted e-mail address or phone number, and the recipient of and respondent to the message will be considered the Winner. Failure of a Winner to respond within fifteen (15) days may result in the forfeiture of the Prize. If a Prize is unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal monetary value. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges and taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
WINNER SELECTION
One (1) Scotsman Brilliance Ice Machine winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries submitted by Wednesday, February 15, 2017. Drawing will take place on or around Friday, February 17, 2017. Sponsor reserves the right to delay the eligible Entry window and Prize Drawings dates if circumstances require.
LICENSE
By entering the Promotion, Entrants grant to the Sponsor and its agents an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to use the Entrant(s) names and/or likenesses in any media. Sponsor or its agents will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use. Display or publication of any Entrant in any media does not necessarily indicate the Entrant was or will be selected as a Winner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Entrants agree, by entering the Promotion, to release, discharge, and hold harmless Scotsman Ice Systems and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder. Scotsman Ice Systems assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; website failure; and/or theft, alteration or destruction of, or unauthorized access to, Promotion Entries. Scotsman Ice Systems is not responsible for any delay in delivery or damage to Prizes while in transit. Scotsman Ice Systems is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software; human errors of any kind; injury or damage to Entrants’ or any other persons’ computers; and/or bodily injury to any Entrant or any other person, related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
CONDITIONS
THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Entrants agree that this Promotion shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America. To the extent permitted by law, the right to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Promotion are hereby excluded and any entrant expressly waives any and all such rights. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify that any Entrant has met entrance requirements and to disqualify any Entrant that is not in accordance with these Official Rules. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Promotion, or to modify the Official Rules, at its own discretion.
